It is important to us to ensure that orders and deliveries are processed to your satisfaction. We therefore ask you to take note of the following terms and conditions.
Prices
The prices quoted are gross prices, including all statutory taxes and duties, in € (without liability for price errors). With these prices, all previous offers are no longer valid.
General
Offer subject to change; error and prior sale reserved. All orders can only be processed in the order in which they are received and can only be considered as accepted upon our written order confirmation.

Shipping costs for more boxes can be supplied upon request.
In the event of delayed delivery, there is no entitlement to damages or withdrawal from the purchase contract. We will contact you by phone to discuss shipment to other countries than stated above. Higher shipping costs apply in such cases.
Transport Damage Insurance
Our wines travel by freight carrier and are insured against any damage in transit, with the exception of weather-related quality reduction caused by the transport route (frost, heat, etc.). Settlement of claims is only possible if the respective freight forwarder notes the damage on the consignment order.
Payment
In the case of first orders and customers who we do not know yet, orders need to be paid in cash upon delivery or - upon request - by advance payment. In all other cases, we accept payment by invoice and payment slip. Unless agreed otherwise, our invoices are due for payment without delay upon receipt of the goods. The offsetting of alleged counterclaims by the customer is not possible. Damage claims by the customer due to non-fulfilment or mere partial fulfilment of the contract are ruled out.
Reservation of Ownership
The delivered goods remain our property until the complete payment of all our claims pertaining to the delivery in question. This also applies in the event of a resale to third parties. Our ownership must be declared to all third parties. Court of jurisdiction and place of fulfilment are in Oberpullendorf. Austrian law applies.
Arrears
In the event of delayed payment, we apply the bank default interest rate, as well as any collection expenses or legal fees that may arise from the due date.
